HOLLAND BASHAM ARCHITECTS + INFUSION ARCHITECTS

A first look at what this site could become.

Holland Basham has partnered with Infusion to translate Indigo's program into a preliminary mixed-use residential concept for the Woodland site. The work tests building form, unit capacity, parking, street presence, resident amenities, and a possible path from the existing R-MD-1 zoning toward higher-density development.

Preliminary concept only. Subject to due diligence, zoning, City review, cost validation, and design development.
